Sometimes our goal is not to "leave our mark" on an instrument.  This fine
instrument was built by Kenneth Coulter in 1979.  Despite Herculean efforts to support the façade pipes, they and some of the interior pipes, were collapsing -- unable to support their own weight.  New pipes of a higher tin alloy (70%) and identical scale were ordered from the original pipe makers (Gebrüder Käs).

Voicing, carried out on-site, was carefully done so as to match the tone and volume of the original pipes, this included matching cut-ups and nicking
patterns.

Highly-polished mirror-finishes require careful handling and voicing techniques -- truly untouched.
